Die Marke D.R. Harris hat ihren Ursprung als eine der ältesten Apotheken Londons. Vor über 200 Jahren eröffnete Daniel Roteley Harris seine Apotheke in Londons vornehmer St. James Street.
Die Produkte waren und sind qualitativ so hochwertig, dass das Familienunternehmen im Jahr 1938 zum Hoflieferanten des britischen Königshauses ernannt wurde und den Prince of Wales auch heute noch mit Pflegeprodukten und Düften versorgt. Bis heute werden die Produkte traditionell von Hand hergestellt und verpackt.
